Aluminum framed windows with glazed shutters and M.S. grills.
- Flooring :Vitrified tiles of standard make 600 x 600 mm and shade approved by the engineer.
- Bathrooms: Anti skid Ceramic tiles & Glazed Wall Tiles up to door height.
- P.Fitting: Towel Rod, Hot & Cold Wall Mixer with Taps.
- Kitchen: Black Granite Top with Stainless Steel Sink and Ceramic tiles up to 2’ height from counter top.
- Sanitary Fixtures & Fittings: White European water closet and 18’’ circular wash basin.
- Plumbing: Pluming works using PVC Pipes.
- Water Supply: Adequate storage sump to the entire building for bore Drinking water supply will be supplied by corporation as prevalent in that area.
- Painting
a) Internal Walls: Two coats of putty, one coat primer and two coat Tractor emulsion.
b) External Walls: One coat of White cement primer and two coats of exterior emulsion.
c) Grill:One coat of primer and two coats of enamel.
- Electrical: 3 phase power supply through individual DB & ELCB.Concealed wiring of standard is specified make(Kundan)
- Staircase: Marble Flooring.
- Handrails: M.S. Grills of Engineer design.
- Terrace:Clay Tiles
- Balcony Parapet Wall: 3’ height from floor level as per engineer’s design.
